Why was my payment declined?

    Payments may be declined for a number of reasons. If your payment is declined, please see the following:

    • Make sure your payment details are entered correctly.
    • Check that your credit/debit card is valid, not expired.
    • Make sure the funds are available on your card.

    In general, the payment source has more information than we do as to why was your payment was declined. We recommend that you return to your bank or PayPal.

    If you’re still having problems with your payment, try using a different payment option (that is, if you’re using PayPal, you should consider using your credit card).

    If you’re still having problems completing your order, you can contact customer support.
